Do you want to exchange or return an item? Online store orders are returned to our main warehouse.

Return of online store order

If you wish to use the right of return for online shop orders, i.e. goods that you pay for at KISS DEKOR and want sent to the nearest delivery point, this must be done within 14 days. The right of withdrawal requires that the goods can be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. When you want to return products purchased in the online store, the return must be sent to the online store's main warehouse or delivered by agreement with Christine Kiss, general manager at KISS DEKOR

When it comes to the right of withdrawal for digital material, this is very limited. KISS DEKOR does not offer a right of withdrawal on digital products. By approving the purchase and user terms and conditions in relation to purchases on the website, customers approve this.

How to return products from an online store order:

  • Print out the return form and return label that you received in your confirmation email.
  • Fill in the return form and put it in the package.
  • Be sure to package the item(s) properly to avoid damage.
  • Stick the return label on the outside of the package.
  • Deliver the package to your nearest delivery point.
  • NB! It is important that the item(s) to be returned are wrapped so that the item is not damaged.

Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
