How does the instant download of digital goods work at KISS DEKOR
You edit this product yourself after purchase. You then download your finished design. You can choose to print it, or send it to the guest's mobile phone or email.
No software required. All fonts, elements/images and text are included in your template.

1. How it works
After placing your order, you will receive an email with access to the editable template. (Copy and paste the link into your browser.)
The template can be edited on a computer, phone or tablet.
On a computer, you can edit the font style, size and font colors.
When you're done customizing your template, you can save it and download it as a PDF, JPG, or PNG.
You can print at home, at a print shop or send it digitally by email or directly to the guest's mobile phone.
2. What can be edited
You can change sentences/words, font, text colour, text position and background colour.
You can upload and add your own image or other elements to the editor
You can customize the back cover by changing the background color or adding text and images.

4. Tips & tricks
- Set the printer to 100% or "Actual Size" before printing.
- The free app can be downloaded from the App store.
- When using the editor in the browser, use these keys to cut and paste.
- Hold down Shift on the keyboard (Ctrl) +C to copy. Press (Ctrl) +V to paste into the editor.
-Press Cmd + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste.
5. Instant download
The file (invitation) will be available to you once the payment has been confirmed. You will receive the link to the invitation *the same day. You will receive an email from KISS DEKOR with a link to your design. In the same email, you will also receive information on where to create a user to gain access to editing the invitation.
By *same day is meant before 20:00 on weekdays - or the next following weekday.
6. When will I receive the link?
The file (the Invitation) will be available to you* the same day (before 20:00 on weekdays or the following weekday)
7. How can I edit and change my invitation after purchase?
You will receive an email with information about the website you are going to create a user on. As soon as you have created a user, you log in with the link you receive from KISS DEKOR, then just start and change the text you want in the invitation.
8. I can't find the email from KISS DEKOR.
Check spam first. If you use Gmail, also check the FOCUS tab. After you have received an e-mail from KISS DEKOR, select Download files in received e-mail after payment. There are generally no limits to when or how many times you can download the file. This is yours after purchase.
9. Return, cancellation or exchange
In the case of immediate download of goods, no returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted. Please note that this is a digital EDITABLE TEMPLATE download only. No physical product will be sent.
